Cleaning Fee

• A cleaning fee applies based on the size of the event
• Party rental cleaning fees start at a minimum of $150
• Cleaning fees may be deducted from the refundable security deposit as long as there are no damages

Damage Deposit

• Wedding rentals require a $1,000 refundable damage deposit at the time of booking
• Evening party rentals require a $1,000 refundable security deposit at booking
• Morning and afternoon party rentals require a $500 refundable security deposit at booking
• Deposits are refunded within 14 days after the event if there are no damages or stolen items

Additional Venue Details

• A setup fee may apply based on the number of guests or size of the party
• For party rentals, the setup fee may be waived if the renter chooses to set up tables and chairs themselves
• Wedding rentals require a $1 million event liability insurance policy before the event date
